Biography
Cody Walker provides independent investigatory services to our law firm. Mr. Walker sustained permanently disabling injuries while working for CSX Transportation, Inc. At the time, he was local chairman and legislative representative for SMART-TD Local 1548. Our law firm represented Cody in his claim for damages against the railroad. Cody possesses over a dozen years of experience assisting railroaders and their families navigate disciplinary and on-duty injury issues. His experience is vital to the success of our railroad clients. Cody attends union meetings for our law firm at various locations.
