Biography
Rhonda Heims is a field investigator. Rhona sustained a permanently disabling injury to her knee while working for Norfolk Southern Railway Company in Northwest Ohio. She is a member of SMART-TD local 206 based in Peru, Indiana. Our law firm represented Rhonda in her claim for damages against the railroad. After resolution of her claim, she elected to use the knowledge she gained through the process to work for us in assisting other railroaders and their families navigate the on-duty injury and litigation process. Rhonda is a valuable asset to our team. She regularly attends union meetings throughout Illinois, Indiana and Michigan for our firm.
