Colin Dunn began his appellate career as an Assistant State’s Attorney in the Appeals Division of the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office. He then clerked for the Honorable Patrick J. Quinn of the Illinois Appellate Court. He has also taught a course in appellate advocacy at his alma mater, Loyola University of Chicago School of Law.
Since entering into private practice, he has handled dozens of appeals in appellate courts across the county, and has been appointed by both the Illinois Supreme Court and the Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit to represent pro se litigants in cases before the court. Dunn Harrington focuses on appeals solely on behalf of injured persons and their families.
