Biography
Stuart Gardner is a field investigator. He is the former SMART-TD State Legislative Director for Ohio and its over 5,000 SMART-TD members. He served in that role for eight (8) years from 2011-2019. Stu is a member of SMART-TD local 225 in Bellevue, Ohio. Stu also currently serves as the National Legislative Director for the SMART-TD Auxiliary which is the national advocate arm for railroad spouses. Stu possesses over 40 years of experience helping railroad employees and their families navigate railroad on-duty injury, RRB and disciplinary matters. Stu is an invaluable asset to our railroad injury litigation team. He regularly attends union meetings for our law firm throughout the State of Ohio.
