Biography
Roger has over forty (40) years of experience in railroading. He joined the team after sustained a career ending injury while riding in a livery van in Chicago, Illinois while being transported by his railroad employer. Roger was the former local chairman of SMART-TD Local 194 in Elkhart, Indiana. He regularly attends unions meetings through Illinois, Indiana, Ohio and Michigan on behalf of the firm. He has extensive knowledge of disability and pension matters for all railroad workers as well as railroad operating rules, regulations and safe practices. Roger’s deep knowledge is utilized by our FELA team to maximize recovery for our clients.
